 Hi All, sorry about last week, I just mixed up the dates. I write my blob in the week and set it up to publish on Friday at 0700. Last week I thought that the Friday was the the 18th.

  Summer is getting closer as it doesn't get as cold at night, at least not over here.

 Good morning. This should have been posted on Tuesday but busy after the BH just got in the way. Sunday I went to Headcorn airfield to see a friend's son jump out of a perfectly good plane.  His choice.  When we got there they had an air display and a classic car meet one, this was not known to us. My friend (not the one jumping) has a damaged tendon at the back of his knee and can't walk too far. So we didn't bother with the cars. We set u at the cafe and stayed there until his son did his jump. This is where I took my photos. Monday's post "Knights jousting"

 A few years ago I went to Leads Castle where knights were putting on this display. I am not kidding this was as real as it gets. The swords were not sharp but the lances WERE really. Take a look at these pictures: Video of Leeds Castle event Leads Event On come the king and his lady I can't remember how many of them got hurt but falling off of a horse can't be fun Here is the setting for it.
