 Here we are at this years Easter. Four months of the year almost gone. I can't believe that it is a year since I lost my very good friend Stan. Maertin (another friend) was three years ago. Happy News

 Friday brought some happy news. I got a phone call from m surgery Friday PM asking if I could attend. I said yes and went round. I saw the cardio Nurse with all my BP's over the last 14 days. She took my BP and asked how I was feeling, while great I said. At that point she signed me off. Keep taking the meds. What a great relief!
