    Never heard Mad Dogs and Englishmen but very fun to listen to.

    Have heard Hippopotaus before. CUTE song!

    Hi Trev, read your Monday blog today. For some reason didn't get the notification. Flu is really bad here now too! Lots of people I know had it or have it now and said it is worse than having Covid. I just got over Covid about a week ago & had a mild case. Although I do run out of energy a little faster and am hoping that goes away soon because I normally have lots of energy.

    I didn't know the first two songs, the Mad Dogs and Hippo song. I didn't know Sophia Loren was a singer. I had never heard her sing before. She was one of my mom and dad's favorite actresses.

Thursday's post "Airshow"

 Good morning. This should have been posted on Tuesday but busy after the BH just got in the way. Sunday I went to Headcorn airfield to see a friend's son jump out of a perfectly good plane.  His choice.  When we got there they had an air display and a classic car meet one, this was not known to us. My friend (not the one jumping) has a damaged tendon at the back of his knee and can't walk too far. So we didn't bother with the cars. We set u at the cafe and stayed there until his son did his jump. This is where I took my photos. Monday's post "Knights jousting"

 A few years ago I went to Leads Castle where knights were putting on this display. I am not kidding this was as real as it gets. The swords were not sharp but the lances WERE really.
