 Links Park Picnic was a charity event held for the Weald Hospice. It is a car show not open to the public and the money is raised by us going and donating. I still have a lot more pictures to show but this is as far as I have got.

    Awesome pics! That rose is gorgeous! I have one rose bush in my back yard and it will have one rose that will last until January. Crazy! I have pictures of snow on the ground with this one lonely rose. Enjoy your week Trev! Stay cool!

Thursday's post "Airshow"

 Good morning. This should have been posted on Tuesday but busy after the BH just got in the way. Sunday I went to Headcorn airfield to see a friend's son jump out of a perfectly good plane.  His choice.  When we got there they had an air display and a classic car meet one, this was not known to us. My friend (not the one jumping) has a damaged tendon at the back of his knee and can't walk too far. So we didn't bother with the cars. We set u at the cafe and stayed there until his son did his jump. This is where I took my photos. Monday's post "Knights jousting"

 A few years ago I went to Leads Castle where knights were putting on this display. I am not kidding this was as real as it gets. The swords were not sharp but the lances WERE really. Take a look at these pictures: Video of Leeds Castle event Leads Event On come the king and his lady I can't remember how many of them got hurt but falling off of a horse can't be fun Here is the setting for it.
