      For now, Krys it is around 30 C but at the weekend it says high 38's. Yuck

    Oh wow! Outstanding pictures. Love the first one. The expanse and the clouds above....how beautiful. Flowers are gorgeous! Hope your day is going well and you are staying cool. So far we haven't had many hot, hot days. I think our highest temperature so far has been 90. It is 78 today and sunny!

 Good morning. This should have been posted on Tuesday but busy after the BH just got in the way. Sunday I went to Headcorn airfield to see a friend's son jump out of a perfectly good plane.  His choice.  When we got there they had an air display and a classic car meet one, this was not known to us. My friend (not the one jumping) has a damaged tendon at the back of his knee and can't walk too far. So we didn't bother with the cars. We set u at the cafe and stayed there until his son did his jump. This is where I took my photos. Monday's post "Knights jousting"

 A few years ago I went to Leads Castle where knights were putting on this display. I am not kidding this was as real as it gets. The swords were not sharp but the lances WERE really.
