 We are having a lot of cloudy days here in the UK. hardly any sun. To cheer up here are some pictures of the summer.

    Same here....gloomy all week here. Looks like the sun is popping out for a minute this morning, but it will not last long.

    Great pics! Photography seems like a wonderful hobby to have. I should like to learn photography but do not know where to start. I would like my first subjects to be birds in my backyard, my pet maltipoo, my grandkids and I've always been intrigued with old signs.

    Those berries remind me of the time a friend and I went kayaking on the River Great Ouse and there were berries along the edges, hanging over the water.

 A few years ago I went to Leads Castle where knights were putting on this display. I am not kidding this was as real as it gets. The swords were not sharp but the lances WERE really. Thursday's post "Airshow"

 Good morning. This should have been posted on Tuesday but busy after the BH just got in the way. Sunday I went to Headcorn airfield to see a friend's son jump out of a perfectly good plane.  His choice.  When we got there they had an air display and a classic car meet one, this was not known to us. My friend (not the one jumping) has a damaged tendon at the back of his knee and can't walk too far. So we didn't bother with the cars. We set u at the cafe and stayed there until his son did his jump. This is where I took my photos.
