Beautiful music. The first time I heard Patricia Janeckova sing that song I was memorized. - They all have wonderful voices. Love all of your pics. Especially the first. Such vivid colors.

Hayley Westenra has the voice of an angel! Beautiful. LOVED her rendition of Both Sides Now. I Dreamed a Dream. Gorgeous

I enjoyed Celine’s I’m Alive! Her duet w/Josh Groban was spectacular. The Prayer is a favorite song of mine. The Power of Love -- beautiful

    Beautiful selections today!

    And your pictures are gorgeous!

    Hope you're feeling better.

Thursday's post "Airshow"

Image
Good morning. This should have been posted on Tuesday but busy after the BH just got in the way. Sunday I went to Headcorn airfield to see a friend's son jump out of a perfectly good plane.  His choice.  When we got there they had an air display and a classic car meet one, this was not known to us. My friend (not the one jumping) has a damaged tendon at the back of his knee and can't walk too far. So we didn't bother with the cars. We set u at the cafe and stayed there until his son did his jump. This is where I took my photos. Not my friends son These next two were taken last year with better weather As you can see I have a real thing about the Spitfire. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Orc6_w1pdZA www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_GCXur2Ehw www.youtube.com/watch?v=skrxCrsN290 www.youtube.com/watch?v=yOzEeJZ92X8 www.youtube.com/watch?v=ERTcUmTE2ck&t=6s Have a great day

Unfortunately, I was in the middle lane and there was another car in the way.. “Going to work at 7am this morning I drove out of my drive straight into a bus. The bus was 5 minutes early..” “The accident happened because I had one eye on the lorry in front, one eye on the pedestrian, and the other on the car behind.” “I started to slow down but the traffic was more stationary than I thought.” Question; “Could either driver have done anything to avoid the accident?” Answer: “Traveled by bus?” The claimant had collided with a cow. The questions and answers on the claim form were – Question: What warning was given by you? Answer: Horn. Question: What warning was given by the other party? Answer: Moo. “I didn’t think the speed limit applied after midni...
